Currently, we are only able to offer Dr. iQ as a mobile application to patients, though we are working on a web-based platform which will be available approximately in late 2020 or early 2021. Therefore you cannot currently access Dr. iQ via a web browser.
We are however committed to accessibility, and in order to support you, we can suggest the following:
1. You contact your practice team who will be happy to support you in registering for Dr. iQ either over the phone or in-person at the practice
2. With your permission, we can also forward your support request to your practice team who can contact you to help you register with the mobile app if you wish
3. You can always continue to access your GP surgery using the "traditional" methods, i.e. via telephone, in-person, via email.
We will also keep you updated with regards to launching our web-based application for Dr. iQ when an update is available.
