If you have been unable to call a patient at their appointment time, the appointment will automatically go into the Closed appointment tab.
If you still wish to contact the patient, please follow these steps:
- Select Appointments then select the Closed tab.
- Select the relevant missed appointment.
- You will be presented with the patient’s contact details and can contact them at an appropriate time.
- Please note that you will be unable to call the patient through the Dr. iQ web or mobile app if the appointment status is closed.
