You will need to ask your Dr. iQ Practice Admin / Practice Manager to create an account for you. They will need the following information to add you to Dr. iQ:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Number
- Gender
- Practice Role
- Practice(s) to associate you with
You’ll receive an account activation email once your account is created, and will then need to set your password before logging in for the first time.
