If you’ve tried to order medication through the app and have received a Medication Rejected notification, the reason for rejection will be provided by your practice team. You can see the reason by tapping on the Notification icon followed by the relevant medication rejection. The reason will be stated in a message box at the bottom of the screen.
If you have an urgent medication request and believe that this has been rejected in error, you can contact your GP practice via email or telephone. You can find their contact details in the My Surgery section of the Dr. iQ app.
