Your GP practice team aim to process requests made on Dr. iQ within 1 working day. This can sometimes be quicker and in some cases can take a little longer. You will receive a notification in the app once your request has been processed.
If you have an urgent request and this has not been processed within 1 working day, you can contact your GP practice via email or telephone. You can find their contact details in the My Surgery section of the Dr. iQ app.
