If you’ve been advised by the Customer Service team or your Dr. iQ Practice Admin that your Dr. iQ staff account has been created, you should have received an email with a link to set your password and login. When you click the link in the email, you’ll be asked to set your password and will then be redirected to the Login page.
If you did not receive the email or the link has expired, go to the Dr. iQ mobile or web app login page and follow these steps:
- On the login page click the "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address
- Enter 4 digit verification code that is sent to your email address
- Set a new password
- Confirm your new password
