To approve or reject a patient registration request, please follow these steps:
- Select Online Consultations
- If you are associated with multiple practices, change the Practice filter to the relevant practice
- Change the status filter to Pending
- In the Action column, select the Eye icon for the relevant Online Consultation (this does not appear on Dr. iQ Mobile)
- Scroll down to the Online Consultation Summary
- You can select a message to be sent to the patient from the pre-drafted list, or enter a new message.
- Select Process
