I can’t approve or reject Patient Registration requests or Account Remove requests on Dr. iQ Mobile. Why is this?

Some of the practice functionality for Dr. iQ is limited to Dr. iQ Web only. You may be able to view requests on Dr. iQ mobile, but some of these requests can only be processed on Dr. iQ Web, e.g. Account Remove Requests.
