Currently, patients can only self-register. To delete a patient-user account, you will need to send a request to support@dr-iq.com or use the Support/Chat widget on Dr. iQ Web.
Patients can, however, use the Dr. iQ app to request for their user account to be removed or to change to another practice. In this case, you will need to process the request via Dr. iQ Web, just like a patient registration request
