Dr. iQ needs permission from your device in order to use some of the features. Therefore If you see an “Access Denied” message, this means that some of those permissions have not been granted by your device.
In order to set permission to Dr. iQ, follow these steps:
- Go to your device Settings.
- Tap on Apps & Notifications.
- Select Dr. iQ.
- Select Permissions.
- Grant all the permissions.
Once saved, please try to order your repeat medication again.
