Dr. iQ needs permission to use some of the features of your device in order to work fully. If you see an “Access Denied” message, this means that some of those permissions have not been granted by your device.
In order to grant permission to Dr. iQ, follow these steps:
- Go to your device Settings.
- Tap on Apps & Notifications.
- Select Dr. iQ.
- Select Permissions.
- Grant all the permissions.
Once saved, please try to order your repeat medication again.
