- Tap your profile icon on the home screen of the app and your name when it appears.
- Explore both My Profile or Personal Details sections to find the information you need to update. Once found, update the information. This may take a day or two for your practice to approve the changes.
- You, however, won’t be able to change your email address but you can surely change other details. If you need to change your email address, you will need to register another account with a different email address. To do so, please send a request to email@example.com.
- For changes to First Name, Last Name, and Address, you will be requested to provide proof of the change (as you did when you first registered).
Note: if your previous profile update is pending, you will not be able to make any changes.
