To help us do this, we have re-released Dr.iQ on a new and improved platform. You can Request help from your GP by visiting our surgery website and following the link to download the new app, Evergreen Life.
You will be able to link to your GP surgery by using your NHS app login. We encourage you to do this and to turn on your push notifications to ensure that you don't miss any messages from our team.
If you have any problems downloading the new platform please contact our reception team who will be happy to support you.
